A Legacy of Movement: Since 1991

The Flying Angels Chinese Dance Company has been a cornerstone of the Bay Area’s cultural landscape for over three decades. What began in 1991 as an intimate ensemble of five dancers has evolved into one of the most requested Chinese performance groups in the Bay Area.

As both a performing company and school, we provide training for all ages while bringing the vibrancy of Chinese culture to the public stage. From beloved neighborhood libraries to cultural street fairs to iconic venues, we have had the privilege of entertaining diverse audiences across the Bay Area and beyond. Our professional portfolio includes collaborations with high-profile partners such as the SF Giants, Sacramento Kings, KRON 4, the San Francisco Symphony, and the San Francisco Zoo.

The "Flying" in our name represents our spirit of constant motion and our readiness to take flight whenever an opportunity to perform arises. We are a company always moving toward the next stage and "helping you to be a soaring success!"
